Will’s 20 years of experience in the construction industry helps him successfully lead our clients’ projects from start to finish. He founded Alfa after an extensive 16 years of experience, bringing with him expertise in work organization, scheduling, the fine art of dealing with clients, and an obvious conscientiousness that puts clients at ease. His strong vision of “how things should be done” allows him to exceed expectations and he takes customer satisfaction personally.
Will can be described as an obsessive nature lover, former cross-country ski instructor and owner of a dog named Cocoa.
Julia joined Alfa as a Development Manager after twenty-five years of experience in the management and development of international companies. She is a perpetual perfectionist and prides herself on her excellent communication skills, which ensure clients are always happy with the progress of their projects.
Julia can be described as an avid traveler with an unhealthy obsession with history, architecture and design.Animal-loving Julia has favorite cat Josie, and dogs named Bonnie and Eva.
